Dover Food Retail seeks an Assembler II - Refrigeration for our Dover facility. You will fabricate and assemble refrigeration components per blueprints, mount compressors and condensers, braze tubing, and wire controls as needed. Work in a fast-paced environment on the 1st shift.

You must read blueprints, use measuring tools, and adapt to changing production needs while maintaining safety and quality standards. Teamwork and problem-solving are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Read blueprints or schematic drawings to determine components and layout.
• Read rulers and measuring devices to ensure correct dimensions.
• Adapt to changing production needs while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints to determine component location, size, and type.
• Mount compressors, condensers, or other components on frame using hand tools and welding equipment.
• Cut, bend, and braze tubing to form liquid and suction lines.
• Adjust valves according to specifications and charge system with refrigerant.
• Assemble and mount electrical wiring circuits as needed.
• Identify maintenance needs on equipment and tooling.
• Work at different workstations as production requires.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
• Utilize safety equipment and apparel for each operation.
