Job summary

Mom’s Meals is hiring for a Fulfillment Associate to pick, scan, and pack portions of customer orders in a refrigerated warehouse environment. This fast-paced role requires standing for long periods and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with nights Sunday to Thursday 11pm–7am and starting pay of $18/hour.

As part of a growing national provider, you will follow safety and quality standards, meet productivity goals, and may work overtime or weekends as needed. Pre-employment screening applies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours.
• Able to lift/move to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Shifts can include weekends and holidays and/or overtime.
• Pass a post offer drug screen and background check.
• Strong service orientation and team player.

Responsibilities

• Pick correct items for cooler boxes, scan appropriately, and pack items to complete your portion of the customer’s order.
• Adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards.
• Pay close attention to detail while reading labels and selecting product.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards.
• Move product from one location to another following food sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Assist with general housekeeping.
• Work is inside a large warehouse area that is refrigerated (34-40 degrees).
