Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of refractories.
• Advanced Excel skills.

• 4+ years refractory or industrial sales experience.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct sales calls with customers and contractors, including joint visits.
• Provide technical sales support throughout the lifecycle from selection to installation.
• Prepare timely quotes and follow up on inquiries and orders.
• Perform reporting, forecasting, and CRM data input.
• Make sales and product presentations.
