Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical) or Operations Management.
• 6+ years of refractory installation experience; construction or manufacturing acceptable.
• 2+ years of people management across multiple locations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educating employees, customers, contractor installers, and sales reps on processes and improvement ideas.
• Facilitating meetings to develop and monitor key service metrics for Value Added Services; establishing measures and tracking progress.
• Offering strategic customer sales and technical support; tracking regional competitive activity.
• Collaborating with Sales and Technical Marketing to develop and support growth, building a best-in-class operation.
• Partnering with HR to develop Value Added Services competency/learning programs; ensuring knowledge is institutionalized.
• Assisting with installation needs within the region.
