Job summary

Monroe Energy, LLC seeks a Project Execution & Tank Lead to oversee refinery tank programs, lead field execution, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role drives continuous improvement, coordinates with Operations and Maintenance teams, and reports on progress and risk across the Tank and Project Execution programs.

The position requires extensive supervisory experience in industrial settings, strong leadership, and a proven ability to manage complex schedules,

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of supervisory experience in construction, maintenance, projects and repairing complex industrial equipment in high-risk settings such as refining or petrochemical.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; BS in Engineering preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel as well as CMMS software.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Role Specific Competencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead refinery tank program activities and oversee project execution to meet company goals.
• Ensure work complies with safety, engineering, safe work practices, laws and regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase effectiveness, efficiency and minimize risk.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to optimize turnaround schedules and budget adherence.
