Monroe Energy in Trainer, PA, is seeking a senior Process Safety Leader to influence and drive the refinery's process safety program, meeting Monroe and regulatory requirements while reducing incident potential and sustaining the license to operate.

You will lead PHA/LOPA activities, MOC administration, risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety metrics. The role requires 5+ years in process engineering or PHA facilitation, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; chemical or mechanical engineering preferred.
• At least 5 years in process engineering or PHAs in refining.
• Experience with PHAs and LOPA is desirable; essential knowledge.
• Strong planning, change management, and high standards.
• Proficient with MS Office software.

Responsabilités

• Lead/coordinate PHAs including LOPA and PSSR activities.
• Administer MOC, CAPA, and incident investigation modules.
• Develop and maintain process safety information and RMP data.
• Conduct risk assessments to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate internal and third-party safety audits as needed.
• Track safety metrics and report to refinery leadership.
