Job summary

Monroe Energy in Trainer, PA seeks a senior Process Safety Leader to influence and drive the refinery's process safety program, meeting company and regulatory requirements while reducing incident potential and sustaining the refinery's license to operate.

You will guide technical knowledge, lead PHAs, MOC, CAPA, and incident investigations, maintain PHA schedules, develop risk information, and report performance to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years process engineering in refining or PHAs.
• Experience with PHAs using LOPA desirable; knowledge essential.
• Proficient with Word, Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the process safety program to meet Monroe Energy and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate PHAs (LOPA) and present findings to management; maintain PHA schedule.
• Serve as administrator of the HERO System modules (MOC, CAPA, investigations).
• Develop and update process safety information and Risk Management Plans.
• Coordinate and support PHAs, PSSR reviews and risk assessments with operations.
