Job summary

RigUp, Inc. is seeking an experienced project leader to manage a portfolio of oil and gas projects from early feasibility through Detailed Design.

You will outline execution strategies based on project size and risk, and coordinate internal and external resources to support development. You will generate aggressive but executable cost estimates aligned with realistic construction schedules, and collaborate with operations, maintenance, and technical teams to ensure operability and successful

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the job posting country.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 5+ years of experience in oil, gas, or petrochemical industry.
• 5+ years of experience in project development, engineering, or management coordination.
• Willingness to travel up to 5% of the time.
• Willingness to work extended hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work safely in process units.
• Valid in-state driver’s license or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Managing a group of small projects from FEL 0/1 through Detailed Design with an EPC Project.
• Understanding project size, complexity and risks to outline execution strategy.
• Generating cost estimates aligned with construction schedules and coordinating resources.
• Consulting with operations, maintenance, and technical staff to verify operability of projects.
• Managing engineering, procurement, and construction activities of contractors.
• Developing and presenting project status reports to senior management.
• Working cross-functionally to secure functional support for the project.
