Job summary

Monroe Energy is seeking a Project Execution & Tank Lead to oversee refinery tank program activities and field execution. You will drive safety, reliability, and cost-effective capital and expense projects while coordinating with Operations, Maintenance, Turnaround, and other teams.

The role requires 10–15 years of supervisory experience in a high-risk industrial setting, with a focus on regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of supervisory experience in construction, maintenance, projects and repairing complex industrial equipment in a high-risk industry such as refining, petrochemical, or chemical processing.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; BS Degree in Engineering preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel as well as CMMS software.

Responsibilities

• All refinery and MIPC Tank Program activities.
• Lead project and program field execution to achieve company goals.
• Ensure work complies with safety, engineering, safe work practices, laws, and regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase effectiveness, efficiency, and minimize risk.
• Coordinate and maintain the tank turnaround schedule (10 Year Look-Ahead).
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Turnaround, Optimization, and project teams to optimize reliability and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop integrated execution plans that minimize conflict and maximize efficiency.
• Review manpower head counts and minimize on-site contractor numbers to meet targets.
