Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in integrated cost and schedule controls (budgeting, forecasting, cash flow).
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Office.
• BS degree preferred; HS diploma required.
• 5+ years refining or 3+ years with degree.
• Strong communication, analytical and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Project Leader to understand scope and execution requirements, and establish aligned work breakdown, cost breakdown, and construction work package structures.
• Manage project setup, work orders, cost forecasts, and CBS/WBS structures in IPS, including Primavera P6 alignment.
• Review project estimates and develop control budgets, ensuring alignment before execution.
• Develop, baseline, resource-load, update project schedules in Primavera P6 with codes and milestones.
• Establish realistic cost and schedule forecasts with the Project Manager; manage forecast changes and contingency.
• Monitor actual cost, commitments, progress, cash flow, and schedule performance; analyze variance and trends.
• Prepare recurring cost and schedule reports including forecasts, variance analysis, look-ahead, and portfolio performance.
