• Partner with the Project Leader to understand scope and execution requirements, and establish aligned work breakdown, cost breakdown, and construction work package structures.
• Manage project setup, work orders, cost forecasts, and CBS/WBS structures in the IPS, including alignment with Primavera P6.
• Review project estimates and develop control budgets, ensuring sanctioned budget, CCP, schedule, and cash flow align before execution.
• Develop, baseline, resource-load, maintain, and update project schedules in Primavera P6 with milestones and forecast dates.
• Establish realistic cost and schedule forecasts with the Project Manager; manage forecast changes and contingency.
• Monitor actual cost, commitments, progress, cash flow, and schedule performance; analyze deviations from baselines and trends.
• Prepare and distribute recurring cost and schedule reports, including forecasts, variance analysis, and portfolio performance.
