Job summary

ADM Lincoln refinery seeks a Refinery Superintendent to lead daily operations, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality production. This salaried-exempt role partners with business-unit leaders to balance supply and demand and drive continuous improvement.

The position reports to the Plant Manager and forms part of the leadership team in Lincoln, NE. The ideal candidate has a chemical engineering background and substantial leadership experience in continuous operations and safety programs,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably Chemical.
• Minimum 2 years in a production leadership role and 4 years in a continuous operation technical role.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day refinery operations to meet safety, quality and production targets.
• Partner with leaders to align supply and demand for product lines.
• Develop and implement department strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide coaching and development for supervisors and technical staff.
