Qualifications

• 4+ years of manufacturing, production, plant operations, or related experience.
• Experience in food manufacturing, food processing, refinery, or process manufacturing preferred.
• Plant/production operations leadership.
• Safety, food safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
• Lean / Six Sigma / continuous improvement experience.
• Production reliability and maintenance practices.
• Budget and operating expense management.
• Team leadership, coaching, hiring, and performance management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production operations, safety, food safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Lead maintenance/reliability and budget management for the plant.
• Develop and coach the production team to improve performance and accountability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
• Schedule and resource planning to meet production targets and quality standards.
