The successful candidate will lead safety programs, drive production and quality initiatives, and implement efficiency improvements while ensuring compliance with all internal and external requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4 years of related work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure employee safety, food safety, and environmental compliance programs are implemented.
• Maintain accountability for internal and external operating and regulatory procedures.
• Lead production and quality management deliverables to meet customer and product standards.
• Oversee capital and operating budgets and set priorities for the Newark Refinery plant.
