Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 4+ years of experience in oil refinery operations or renewables facility operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365: Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Must wear PPE in refinery (respirator) and pass hair drug test and physical.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to obtain a TWIC Card.
• Legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• 5% travel requirement.
• Must be able to work onsite schedules 9/80 or 5/40; after-hours support required.

Responsibilities

• Develops, updates, and maintains operating procedures in line with regulatory, corporate, and local standards.
• Participates in MOC and PSSR processes; trains affected personnel on changes; updates related documents.
• Manages operator round database and hardware requirements per site and regulatory standards.
• Supports operator training requirements per the Operator Training Standard Practice.
• Coaches and mentors trainees during and after training.
• Leads or supports incident investigations and recommendations.
• Supports turnarounds and project initiatives with staffing, procedures, and MOC compliance.
• Participates in Hazop and OpsEx audits.
• Assists in troubleshooting during abnormal operations or outages.
