Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of related maintenance experience required.
• Refining experience preferred.
• Associate degree or technical certification required; bachelor's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct all mechanical maintenance work execution safely and efficiently.
• Supervise craftspersons and contractors in the field.
• Execute daily maintenance per approved plan and adjust priorities as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, OSHA, PSM, and procedures.
• Monitor field progress, quality, and adherence to schedules.
• Lead toolbox talks and promote safety culture.
