HF Sinclair Corporation in El Dorado, KS seeks a Unit Coordinator to drive refinery operations safety, efficiency and long-term performance. You will lead the shift team, set targets, prioritize work orders, and develop unit procedures while coordinating training and ensuring compliance with PSM and OEMS requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of refinery operations background and general knowledge of maintenance protocol.
• High School Diploma required.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills for refinery operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the refinery runs safely and effectively through setting and monitoring long-term targets and standards to meet objectives.
• Manage short-term risks by driving daily maintenance; review, approve and prioritize work orders with operations maintenance coordinator.
• Manage refinery risk profile by setting T/A, outage, project, and long-term scope & priorities to reduce incidents.
• Ensure shift organization develops competency through training assurance and unit-specific programs.
• Serve as SME for assigned unit; troubleshoot and optimize; develop unit-specific processes, standards and procedures.
• Represent Operations as stakeholder in scoping of projects from FEL 0 to FEL 2.
• Supervise Process area specialists; delegate and assure tasks to implement PSM and OEMS requirements.
