Job Overview

the Referral Coordinator is responsible for accurate and timely data entry of referral requests into the appropriate portal. This position is also responsible for follow-up on all specialty referrals. This position is an integral part of the care team, working as a liaison between the patient, provider, and Medical Management to ensure timely access to specialty care.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience required.
• Medical Assistant certificate preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese preferred.

Compensation

$26.78 - $31.47 hourly
