The Referral Specialist is responsible for coordinating and managing incoming patient referrals to the practice. This role serves as a liaison between referring providers, patients, and clinical staff to ensure referrals are processed efficiently, medical records are obtained, and appointments are scheduled in a timely manner. The Referral Specialist helps create a positive patient experience while supporting continuity of care and practice growth.

Seeking candidates with strong clerical experience. Previous customer service and medical office experience are highly desirable

Requirements:

• Requires High School diploma or equivalent.
