Responsibilities

• Triages patient calls according to established algorithms and schedules appointments for multiple specialties and primary care physicians.
• Answers questions, resolves issues, and refers to the appropriate clinical team as needed.
• Collects accurate demographic, physician, insurance, and emergency contact information for patient records.
