Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice seeks a dynamic healthcare business development professional to manage relationships with referral sources such as physicians, hospitals and senior living communities. You will educate partners on Enhabit services and support post-acute care transitions to grow referrals.

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required; in-office attendance is essential to collaborate with internal teams and achieve objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, marketing, or related field or a graduate of an approved school of nursing, therapy or social work.
• Minimum two years of experience in healthcare business development, community relations, marketing, or sales.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws governing Medicare certified home health and hospice operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary relationship manager between Enhabit and referral sources (physicians, hospitals, senior living communities, health systems).
• Educate referral sources and partners on Enhabit services and program requirements to grow referrals.
• Support care transitions and improve patient outcomes while ensuring satisfaction of patients and referral sources.
