Alpaca Health is seeking a Referral Partnerships Manager in the Texas core territory to grow patient referrals by developing relationships with primary care physicians, pediatricians, and other healthcare providers.

This full-time role emphasizes field-based engagement, in-person visits, and proactive outreach to sustain partnerships and improve access to ABA therapy and autism diagnosis.

Qualifications

• Experience building clinical or healthcare provider partnerships.
• Strong networking and outreach skills.
• Ability to travel and conduct in-person meetings regularly.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture provider partnerships to ensure a steady referral pipeline.
• Spot opportunities and generate new provider leads through proactive research.
• Connect and convert leads into active referral partners.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with providers through regular visits and communications.
