Job summary

Alpaca Health in Mansfield, TX seeks a Referral Partnerships Manager to grow patient referrals by building relationships with primary care physicians, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals who refer families to our ABA therapy and autism-diagnosis services. This full-time field-based role requires regular in-person outreach.

You will own end-to-end partner engagement, identify new provider opportunities, convert leads, and nurture partnerships with schools and community organizations

Qualifications

• Experience building and nurturing referral partnerships with physicians, diagnosticians, schools, and community organizations.
• Ability to identify and pursue new provider opportunities and convert leads into partnerships.
• Strong relationship-building, trust, and field-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Spotting Opportunities: Identify new provider partner leads via proactive research and prospecting.
• Connecting & Converting: Reach out to leads and activate them as referral partners.
• Fostering & Strengthening Relationships: Regular in-person visits, emails, and thoughtful interactions to sustain partnerships.
