Job summary

Alpaca Health is seeking a Referral Partnerships Manager to grow patient referrals by building and nurturing provider partnerships in our core territory. You’ll collaborate with PCPs, pediatricians, schools, and community groups to ensure a steady stream of well-matched referrals for ABA therapy and autism diagnosis.

This full-time, field-heavy role requires you to be in the community most weeks, owning outreach, lead generation, visits, and follow-ups. Equity and health benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Ambitious, high-velocity professional with a hunter mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in person and remote.
• Comfortable working in a field-heavy role with travel across the core territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new provider partner leads through proactive research.
