Job summary

Alpaca Health is seeking a Referral Partnerships Manager in Texas. You will be in the field, building and expanding relationships with primary care physicians, pediatricians, and other providers to drive patient referrals for ABA therapy and autism diagnosis.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, on-site field activity, and a data-driven approach to growing a steady pipeline of well-matched referrals for our partner providers. You will travel frequently within the core territory.

Qualifications

• Experience building partner pipelines in healthcare or B2B contexts.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel and be in the field most of the week.

Responsibilities

• Spot new provider partner leads via proactive research and outreach.
• Reach out to leads and convert them into referral partners.
• Nurture partnerships through in-person visits and timely follow-ups.
• Maintain a partner pipeline and track outcomes with discipline.
