Job summary

The Law Offices Of Kanner And Pintaluga in Chicago seeks a Business Development Executive to generate referral sources for the Personal Injury Practice through networking events and community outreach. You will also cross-train to assist with Property Damage referrals as needed.

The role emphasizes outside sales, presenting to groups, and building brand awareness, reporting to the Director of Marketing. Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; bachelor’s degree in business or management preferred.
• Outside sales experience required, minimum of 3 years.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage a heavy workload.
• Public speaking and presentations experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
• Team-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new referral sources for Personal Injury via networking, luncheons, events.
• Plan and coordinate seminars, lunch & learns, and community events.
• Attend events as a brand ambassador for the firm at major gatherings.
• Explore and communicate opportunities for new referral sources.
