Job summary

North Shore Community Health (NSCH) seeks an experienced Referral Operations Manager to oversee referral processes, insurance verification, and care coordination across our North Shore network. You will optimize workflows, track KPIs, and lead special projects to improve referral efficiency.

You will build referral partnerships, coach the Referral Coordinators, and ensure compliance with accreditation standards while maintaining excellent patient access and timely referrals.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse environment.
• English/Spanish bilingual ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee referral processes, verify insurance eligibility, and ensure timely referrals.
• Track KPIs and manage performance metrics for referrals.
• Coach and develop Referral Coordinators; provide day-to-day supervision.
• Expand referral networks and coordinate with partners to optimize care coordination.
• Lead onboarding of new Referral Coordinators and ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
• Maintain accurate EHR information for referrals and ensure documentation is up to date.
