Job summary

North Shore Community Health Inc. seeks a Clinical Nurse Manager for the Peabody location. The role provides direct clinical care at 0.5 FTE and oversees nursing staff, MAs, and per diem RNs, aiming to improve operations and patient experience.

You will lead scheduling, onboarding, and training, coordinate quality initiatives with leaders, and ensure safety and compliance across sites. A culturally humble, collaborative team environment is central to NSCH's mission.

Qualifications

• RN with current Massachusetts license.
• BSN preferred.
• 3 years of clinical and programmatic experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in any customer service field.
• Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
• Competent with EPIC and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct supervision of clinical nurses and MAs at the Peabody site.
• Coordinates scheduling, coverage, and daily assignments for staff.
• Leads quality improvement activities and policy development.
• Oversees vaccine, medication, and nursing supplies inventory.
• Provides clinical coverage as needed and supports onboarding.
