Ideal candidates have 3 years of healthcare referrals/Medi-Cal eligibility and at least 2 years of supervisory experience, with a patient-focused mindset and strong teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and support referral staff to ensure efficient daily operations and high-quality patient service.
• Monitor referral workflows, work queues, and processing timelines for timely access to specialty care.
• Train, coach, and develop team members while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
• Resolve referral and authorization issues by collaborating with providers, specialists, health plans, and internal departments.
• Track department performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and patient satisfaction.
