Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedules appointments for specialty services and diagnostic testing per provider request.
• Acts as liaison between patients, providers and staff for referrals and follow ups.
• Provides clinical information needed for payor authorization and communications with facilities.
• Tracks referrals at 30/60/90 day intervals and follows up with patients.
• Maintains knowledge of medical terminology and insurance regulations.
