Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required.
• Two+ years healthcare experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Obtain pre-authorizations in compliance with payer requirements and ensure referrals are in-network.
• Facilitate referral scheduling and assist patients with appointment barriers.
• Track and follow up on referrals to ensure patient compliance.
• Acquire specialty notes following completed appointments.
• Communicate referral status to patients via phone or written correspondence.
• Manage and track diagnostic orders throughout the order cycle and schedule appointments.
