Southern Orthodontic Partners is seeking a Relationship Manager to engage dental practices, grow referral networks, and collaborate with marketing to raise local brand awareness. You’ll organize events, educate providers on services, and drive growth through strategic partnerships.

The role emphasizes a hands-on, results-driven approach with opportunities to shape the network and impact patient referrals across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or relationship management.
• Can-do attitude and ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations as needed.

• Build Relationships: Develop strong connections with dental practices, educating them about our orthodontic services and benefits.
• Drive Referrals: Create and execute strategies to increase patient referrals through B2B relationships and follow-up.
• Promote & Market: Organize events (e.g., lunch & learns) and collaborate with the marketing team to craft local campaigns.
• Track & Report: Measure referral success, track ROI, and report on key metrics to ensure growth and effectiveness.
