• High school diploma/GED plus five years in patient registration, scheduling, billing/collections, prior authorizations, and/or referrals.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinic patient referral requests to ensure timely completion for patient care.
• Serve as primary contact for patient referrals and track referral requests.
