Qualifications

• Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT and online authorizations is beneficial.
• Strong communication and organizational skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Receive and greet patients and check in for appointments.
• Answer phones, relay messages, and collect required information.
• Verify insurance eligibility and assist with referrals.
• Maintain patient files and coordinate with other departments.
• Support physicians and staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
