• Contact patients to gather additional information and obtain required authorizations.
• Ensure quality control by monitoring referrals for timeliness and accuracy against standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors’ offices and hospitals.
• Provide exemplary customer service to patients and families with compassion and professionalism.
• Support process improvements to enhance referral operations and outcomes.
