Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Performs general clerical duties in support of patient services, including answering phones, photocopies, faxing, typing, and scheduling referrals.
• Process patient referrals promptly according to priority and maintain linkage to service providers for timely follow-up.
• Assist providers with referral documentation and authorization as required by providers.
