Job summary

Qualifications

• Five (5) years experience in patient care setting is required.
• Associate's Degree in a health-related field is required.
• Operate a multi-line telephone system with excellent service.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with patients and staff.
• Adhere to HIPAA confidentiality and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Triage patient inquiries and physician referrals to coordinate intake and pre-registration.
• Complete clinical assessment via telephone and provide educational information.
• Obtain patient records and demographics; enter data for pre-registration.
• Update patients or physicians about clinical activity.
• Maintain scheduling for residents and faculty.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
