Job summary

RS EDEN is seeking a Support Specialist for Reentry Support Services. The role involves supervising residents, serving as a liaison with case management, and promoting accountability and a positive recovery environment.

A criminal history background check and DMV screen are required. The position offers full-time hours with a 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) and on-call coverage, including overnight shifts with a $2 differential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• One year free of problematic substance use is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise resident actions and movements to ensure program rules are followed.
• Discipline residents for violations as needed.
• Maintain facility safety, security, and sanitation and conduct rounds.
• Conduct intakes for new residents and explain rules and expectations.
• Maintain daily logs and client data, complete incident reports, and protect confidentiality.
