• 6-month requirement between any treatment services and employment.

Responsibilities

• Monitors house activities while directly supervising resident actions and movements.
• Handles discipline of program residents for violations.
• Maintains safety, sanitation, and facility standards per policy.
• Conducts intakes for new residents and orients them to rules and expectations.
• Maintains daily logs, incident reports, and confidential records.
• Performs searches of facility and belongings as needed.
• Provides informal guidance and acts as liaison between clients and case managers.
