Job summary

Community Solutions, Inc. (CSI) is seeking a part-time Residential Re-Entry Specialist/Youth Residential Mentor for the 2nd shift to support youths re-entering the community.

You will provide direct care and supervision, build individualized plans with the team, and document resident progress in a structured setting. You will conduct checks, transport clients as needed in a company vehicle, and participate in monthly drills while fostering trauma-informed care and collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus 4 years experience in the social service or criminal justice field.
• Bachelor\'s degree plus one year experience in the social service or criminal justice field preferred; education may be substituted with relevant experience on a one-for-one basis.
• Experience with Youth Population preferred.
• Able to arrive 15 minutes before shift and may need to stay later.
• Valid driver\'s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and supervision to youth residents in a residential setting.
• Develop and implement individualized plans for each resident with other team members.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to residents throughout their stay.
• Maintain accurate records of resident progress and behavior.
• Ensure residents receive necessary support and resources to reintegrate into their communities.
• Conduct employment, job search and home confinement spot checks on each shift.
• Transport clients in a company vehicle.
• Conduct monthly emergency drills.
