Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Social Work, Criminal Justice, Human Services, Public Health or related field; experience may substitute.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; comfortable presenting to groups of varying sizes.
• Solid organizational skills with ability to set up and maintain program monitoring systems.
• Experience with community-based resource navigation, case management, or reentry support is preferred.
• Knowledge of local social service systems (housing, Medicaid, SNAP, mental health) is preferred.
