Job summary

Coconino County, in collaboration with Pathways to Community, seeks a Reentry Coordinator to manage comprehensive case management and navigation services for inmates and recent releases. The role interfaces with on-site partners, community service providers, and legal teams to secure seamless support and continuity of care.

The ideal candidate supports reentry challenges, collaborates with diverse stakeholders, and maintains records while ensuring program compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in public/business administration, or a related field, and two years of administrative experience.
• Three years of administrative experience.
• Any equivalent combination of education, training and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
• Must obtain an Arizona driver's license by date of hire and maintain it throughout employment.
• Community Services Requirement: if this position is in Community Services, then a fingerprint clearance card is required.

Responsibilities

• Implements and coordinates programs that provide services to the public.
• Assures program contract or regulatory compliance.
• Provides support and advocacy to program participants.
• Investigates and resolves client complaints.
• Prepares and maintains records and reports.
• Coordinates and collaborates with community-based organizations, public agencies, coalitions, schools and other appropriate facilities to implement programs.
• Prepares and disseminates informational program materials.
• May participate in the recruitment of volunteers, practicum students and interns.
• May supervise and train student employees, interns and/or volunteers.
• Performs related work as assigned.
• Essential functions include driving and working with staff and the public.
