Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Peer Support training required; 3+ years experience preferred.
• Ability to teach and apply recovery tools; experience with motivational interviewing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guide program participants in reentry and recovery with trauma-informed approaches.
• Mentor, advocate, and empower participants to develop life skills and access resources.
• Work with Care Coordinator to support participants' growth and engagement.
