Qualifications

• Must have current Peer Support Specialist certification and NC certification requirements.
• Experience applying recovery-oriented approaches in peer support roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage beneficiaries and collaborate with care teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured peer support services to beneficiaries.
• Share lived experience to support recovery and treatment engagement.
• Collaborate with Qualified Professional and care management teams to address barriers to housing, finances and health care.
• Promote wellness and community integration through personalized plans.
• Coordinate with Integrated Care Teams and community resources to expand support options.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings and care planning.
