Qualifications

• Peer Support Specialist certification and life experience required.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent, NC certification essential.
• Recovery-oriented stance and ability to work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Promote recovery, self-determination, and engagement in care.
• Collaborate with QP and Integrated Care Teams on care planning.
• Assist beneficiaries in accessing housing, finances, and employment readiness.
• Provide peer support and model healthy decision-making and wellness.
• Document activities and monitor progress per policy.
