• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Support offenders in reentry efforts per departmental guidelines.
• Facilitate reentry programs for the justice-involved population.
• Attend and participate in local reentry council meetings.
• Lead reentry initiatives and liaise with institutions, jails and probation/parole.
• Maintain communication with Division of Reentry and community partners including local employers.
• Analyze program data and prepare status reports.
• Evaluate and improve procedures to enhance reentry initiatives.
• Supervise reentry staff in community and institutions.
• Effectively case manage to promote employment and success.
