Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area is hiring a Re-entry Service Navigator to help inmates in the GKA territory transition back to the community through planning, employment training, and supportive services.

You will provide advocacy, referrals, and collaborate with partners to overcome barriers to successful reentry, including housing, transportation, and documentation. This role requires strong communication and coordination skills and a commitment to supportive services across corrections facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in human services or related field.
• Ability to administer assessments informing reentry planning.
• Training in mental health first aid and trauma-informed care.

Responsibilities

• Develops individualized pre-release plans by identifying community resources.
• Provides advocacy, referrals, and services coordinating with partners.
• Delivers Pathway to Success curriculum and job readiness instruction.
• Assists with eligibility for reSTARt and creates service plans.
• Supports employment, housing, transportation, and documentation needs post-release.
• Maintains compliant documentation and reporting.
