Job summary

GEO Reentry Services LLC in Napa, California is seeking a coordinator to support participants in developing program plans and managing a caseload under contract guidance. You will apply evidence-based practices to facilitate successful community reentry and coordinate with contracting agencies and program staff.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or related field, familiarity with community corrections, and ability to produce clear English reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Human Services or related field.
• Familiar with community corrections systems and current community corrections practices.
• Familiar with community work force needs, public and private agencies and employment services.
• Ability to write clear concise reports in English using correct grammar.

Responsibilities

• Prepares personalized programs for each participant with measurable criteria and timelines.
• Reviews plan with participants and documents progress towards life skills and reentry goals.
• Assists participants with budgeting, housing, education and vocational program enrollment.
• Maintains confidential participant files and ensures data security.
• Prepares terminal reports upon participant release to summarize program performance.
