Job summary

Aramark Corporation in Tampa seeks an IN2WORK Reentry Manager with Aramark Correctional Services to champion equitable hiring practices and drive talent placement for diverse backgrounds, including those re-entering after incarceration.

You will partner with internal stakeholders, manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple sectors, build community partnerships, and coach client groups to foster inclusive workplaces. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, business, social work, or related field.
• 2-5 years of full life cycle recruitment experience, preferably fair chance hiring.
• Track record sourcing and placing diverse candidates, including non-traditional histories.
• Experience building partnerships with external organizations and community groups.
• Strong data analysis skills to assess program outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement fair chance hiring initiatives aligned with policies and law.
• Source, evaluate, and place candidates from diverse backgrounds, including those re-entering workforce.
• Build relationships with community organizations to expand talent pipelines.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and placements.
• Coordinate meetings and deliverables for fair chance hiring projects.
• Manage recruitment process administration and drive improvements.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress and outcomes.
• Pipeline candidates for anticipated opportunities in new business wins.
• Coach client groups to influence fair hiring decisions and inclusive practices.
• Perform ad-hoc data analysis to track program effectiveness.
• Travel may be required up to 50%.
