You'll develop and execute talent placement strategies, build relationships with community organizations, and coach internal teams to foster inclusive hiring.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of full life cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience with fair chance or barrier-reduction hiring programs.
• Ability to source, evaluate, and place candidates from diverse backgrounds.
• Experience building partnerships with external organizations and community groups.
• Strong analytical skills to draw sound conclusions from data.
• Creative sourcing using social media and professional networks.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement fair chance hiring initiatives, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant legislation.
• Identify, engage, and evaluate candidates, focusing on those re-entering the workforce after incarceration.
• Build and maintain relationships with community organizations and workforce development agencies.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and facilitate placements.
• Coordinate meeting logistics and deliverables for teams focused on fair chance hiring.
• Manage administrative aspects of the recruitment process and process improvements.
• Communicate updates to stakeholders on progress and outcomes.
• Support new business initiatives by piping candidates for opportunities.
• Coach internal client groups to influence fair hiring decisions.
• Perform ad-hoc data analysis to track program effectiveness.
• Travel may be required up to 50%.
